    Unsupervised Probation Violation in Indiana
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana
I currently reside in south carolina and am on unsupervised probation in indiana for simple possession of marijuana, I am currently unemployed and having trouble making money so i was unable to pay my court fines on time. My PO violated my probation and i have a court date in a month or so but i still do not have the money to take that trip up there.. Will they come find me or put warrants out for my arrest? and if they do how long will the warrant last for?
thanks so much for any information:)

If you fail to appear in court as ordered, obviously a warrant will be issued for your arrest. As for when and how you'll be picked up, or how diligent the police will be about looking for you, "it depends". Some people get picked up quickly, others don't. Your case will fall somewhere on that spectrum.

You should expect the warrant to last for the rest of your life, or until you go to court to resolve it.

So... I guess tke suggestion should be to make that trip up there and satisfy your agreement. If you don't, you are looking at 364 days in jail.
