My question was how do we force her to go?

and the court orders states"visitation will be agreed upon between both parties but in consultation of the minor"
    What does that mean???

So she wants to go to school and come home at curfew?

no? Then how do you make her do those things?

First, you tell her to go or you will take away her cellphone and car. If she does not go, you tell her she is grounded to the house. If she does not go, you ground her to her room with no tv or computer. Do all the kids run your house or just this one?

Yeah, we get that you're not stopping her from going.

What you don't get is that "not stopping her" is not going to be enough if your husband ends up back in court.

How about - 'Darling stepdaughter, the grownups have decided you will spend a night with mom on a regular basis. Do you wish to spend every Friday night with mom or every Saturday night with mom.' Or some such thing. And you force her to go the same way you send her to school and make her do homework, etc. You tell her to do it.

Obviously the mother isn't the best... right, otherwise dad wouldn't have custody and so much "power" in visitation.
So it is my belief that because dad has all this final decision power, mom must've done something bad in order for the judge to order that.

That's absolute rubbish and you know it.

All it takes is "best interest" and a vaguely worded order.

Yes, we understand your bias against some Moms. We know.

But yes, dad should make more of an effort, even if it was "look daughter, you gotta see your mom... otherwise chit can hit the fan real quick".
