Can You Get Into a Medical Assistant Program With a Felony Record
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: California
My daughter was in a car that was stollen, she was charged for GTA along with driver she did 73 days house arrest and is on 3 years felony probation.
In wrong place wrong time and was suppose to enter medical assistant program will this affect her getting her licence for this?

She needs to check with the licensing board.
However, at first glance I'm reading that in CA a medical assistant does not need a license. Are you absolutely sure that's what she's talking about?

If for some reason she does need a license, have her check BEFORE she starts her program; if she pays for her education only to find she can't get her license, she'll have absolutely no recourse at all.
