Distribution of Marijuana and Ecstasy

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California West Justice Center Westminster

A complaint was filed in the West Justice Center charging that on or about 08-04-2011 you committed a violation of section(s)
11359 HS POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA FOR SALE
11378 HS POSSESSION FOR SALE OF ECSTASY (MDMA)

I did a transaction with a civilian informant for 4 Ecstasy pills on 8-1-2011
on 8-4-2011 the cops raided my house with a search warrent and found 3 cell phones, $1,513 cash, Bag containing pills and two containers of marijuana. 11 grams of marijuana and 10 ecstasy tablets

(But on the search warrent copy it says Forensic Search to one of my phone that includes all in-coming calls, all out-going calls, all incoming and outgoing text, and any pictures on the phone.) <-- Does this mean that they cannot search through my other 2 phones?

My court date is on 12/08/2011 can someone please tell me what could happen??

It depends just how the search warrant was worded, but now that they have the phones it's pretty much moot: first off I don't believe they actually need a warrant in light of recent court decisions to search the phones they have seized. Even if they did, given the magnitude of cause against you, getting further warrants would be trivial.

You're going to need a lawyer, big time. He'll decide if there's a cause to suppress the other phones.

Nobody can answer that without seeing the evidence against you. Also, you got caught dealing in a high school. Not a good thing. You got snitched on by a reliable source. first offense or not, you have a serious issue ahead of you.

I got set up by my own friend and he snitched me out... AND it was NOT involved during high school

(I think he's mistaking the "HS" in your charges for "high school" instead of the Health & Safety Code.)

Ooops, my paix pas! That's in my state. Regardless, you got snitched on by a reliable source. They have enough evidence against you apparently to proceed with the case, they already have the phones, so getting a warrant based off the information they already have to search through your actual phone or just the trail that it leaves behind should you happened to have been able to erase it, shouldn't pose much of an issue. Find your lawyer, plead not guilty and let him do the talking for you.
