How Do I Go About Lifting a No Contact Order
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: alabama
My boyfriend was accused of putting a bruise on my daughter 2 years ago. Because of this a judge issues a no contact order against him where he is not allowed around my kids. however, after an investigation conducted by DHR in Montgomery, the accusations were dropped against him and DHR sent him a letter claiming that he was not responsible for the bruise. The problem that i have now is he still has this no contact order against him and we want to get it lifted, but the judge who placed the no contact order would not lift it even after his name was cleared and i have no idea what to do. Pleae help!

If you are stating that a court issued a restraining order against your boyfriend, that he must stay away from your children, and he has recently failed in an effort to have the order lifted, his most obvious remedy would be to appeal.

If you are trying to state instead that a custody court has ruled that you cannot expose your children to this particular boyfriend and, having reviewed your claim that the boyfriend is not a danger to the children and did not cause a particular bruise and any new evidence or testimony that you provided, remains convinced that it is in your children's best interest that he continue to be kept away from the children, then your most obvious remedy would be to appeal.

It will be helpful if you explain the procedural context and history.
