My question involves child support in the State of: new york
I currently pay child care expenses addtionaly to my child support in NYS. daycare/child care goes up to the age of 12 how does it end for to pay? Is it on her 12th birthday how do I go about obtaining this info? I cant see paying for child care till she's 21. (really)

If an end date is not specified in your court order, you will need to go back to court to have an end date added. Generally, if your state licenses day care facilities until age 12, then you have a strong argument to end the payments at that time. Of course, if the child has any special needs, lives in a particularly dangerous area, etc and CP has arranged for alternate child care, they could counter with that. But, barring any special needs, I doubt any judge will have you pay for child care until 21.
how would it end ? The state does license facilities till 12 the cp sends receipts on a monthly basis and I Pay my %. dd will be turning 12 in March will it end then or will I have to continue to pay child care in cp paretns a reciept in April or summer July? The court stipulation stats child care (no age specified but like I said before state of NYS facilities are till 12) so is when dd is 12 or through the age of 12 which would make it 13?
Presumably, you will have a better chance of terminating the payment when your daughter is no longer physically attending the child care facility. Have you tried speaking with your ex regarding when this might occur? THe answer will most likely determine when you should file in court.
