Will Multiple Parole Violations Result in a Prison Term
My question involves criminal law for the state of: washington
My boyfriend got out of prison last October and is on parole/ His first violation was a dirty ua. His second was for not reporting and now his 3rd is a dui and reckless driving. He totaled my car. He refused the breathalizer. They held him for 30 days on the 2nd violation. Then said he had an old warrant and have held him for the last 60 days on that and now they just transferred him to score for the dui. When I search the wa state courts site it doesn't shpw his court date or that he is in custody. Does this mean he is going back to prison?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated...

There is no way that we can predict the future, but your boyfriend has not made very good choices. What was the original charge upon which he was imprisoned? May we assume that his parole included his staying away from alcohol and drugs?
Unfortunately, "girlfriend" is not a legal term. No one will tell you anything because your boyfriend is a grown man.
Re: Will Multiple Parole Violations Result in a Prison Term
He's goint to sit for a while. It is not possible to say how long, but he violated parole and has to go back in front of the board to address the basis of the violation. At minimum, he's probably going to sit until they rule on the DUI. Once, he's found guilty on that, it weighs heavily on the parole board's decision.
Re: Will Multiple Parole Violations Result in a Prison Term
he went in for unlawful possession of firearms. possession of a controlled substance with intent, burglary 1, and assault... He didnt have any stipulations on alcohol just drugs. he completed his outpatient and got a job. he was doing so good except for the not checking in after he was violated the first time with the dirt ua. So all I can do is wait to hear from him?
Is there any way I can find out when he goes to court? Will they tell me anything? Thanks for you help!!
Re: Will Multiple Parole Violations Result in a Prison Term
His court dates for the DUI should be public information, especially since it was your car that he totaled. Parole dates are not for you. They are not obliged to tell you when that will occur. Alcohol and drug stips might not have been specified, but it is a no brainer. Based on the sentencing charges, his previous VOP, his current non compliance and the new DUI, it's not looking good for him at all.

thanks for the info even though it is not what I wanted to hear.... So I guess I should just call the facility where he is and find out when he goes to court for the dui?? Thanks again!!!

That information should be accessible through the arresting county's Clerks office.
