How to Reduce a Long Driver's License Suspension

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: NJ

Is there a possibility i can somehow get a reduction on my 20 year suspension for 2 Refusal of the breathalyzer pleas?i don't want to put too much on here but am serving suspension from case that occurred '99 adjudicated 2000. other is from 2004. pm me if possible.

20 years? That's crazy. I could see 3 or 5 but 20??

Do you qualify for a provisional license? I suspect that's where your (partial) remedy lies.

States take a hard line on habitual drunk driving, although your state seems to be on the extreme end.

what is a provisional license? also, had many other cases in the 80's n 90's that why the susp is for 20. pm me if u need add info. i need to somehow get a reduction. do i petition the judge or get a lawyer to do it?

judge scheduled a new trial so will let you know how that goes. will have to wait a while to find out. maybe some plea bargaining?

The forum is about sharing of information. You are not going to get a lot of support through PM's as other will not be able to learn from this situation.

Those other cases must play a pretty big part of your 20 years of suspension. Unless your willing to give details it will be impossible to help on how to get suspension time reduction.

You should probably speak to a local attorney, they are required to keep your details confidential.

I think maybe you need a NJ lawyer. The current suspension for a second refusal is only 2 years.

as mentioned above i do have one but just kind of checking out from anyone who might know the right route to take in trying to get suspension reduced. btw its the 3rd refusal. i dont want to put a lot of info here cause who knows who's reading this forum.

Hopefully your lawyer is better at determining what is happening rather than relying on your lies. You said TWO in the initial post.
