Can a Person Be Evicted when No Violation Has Happened
My question involves an eviction in the state of:
I have a leisure camper in a state park and we received a letter today stating we are being evicted because of noise complaints and park board employees have asked us to be quiet on more than one occasion.
The statements made in the letter are false. We have never been talked to by the park manager or any of his employees? What kind of grounds do they have? We were never told by anyone we did anything wrong, then at the end of the season we get a letter in the mail? Seems like an inappropriate way of communicating if there is a problem.
Should I be looking a getting a lawyer and fighting this?

What state? And what state park?
Do you pay by the day, week, month, season? How long have you been there?
Your rights of tenancy may be fragile, at best, so there may be nothing to contest at court.

We pay a seasonal fee in the spring. We just finished our second season, 2 years.

I would say the park rules are clear. You agreed to them when you rented/leased a spot.
