Obstruction of a Police Officer and MIP
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado
I am 19 years old i have an MC and DUI on my criminal record for the state of Alaska. Last night i ran from a police officer and was later found and charged with Obstruction of a police officer and MIP. My court date is a month away, i know i am ****ed but i am curious of what will happen to me, with my license, prohbation, fees, alcohol classes. If i will have to spend jail time ect. any help would be very thankful.

The MIP is the less serious of the charges. At nineteen with two prior alcohol-related offenses, and now an obstruction charge, you really should be talking to a lawyer - and looking into counseling or treatment for your alcohol problem. If I were the judge, you would be spending some time in jail.
