Dad is an Absconded Sex Offender and Has Been Using a Stolen Identity

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Georgia

My daughter is 6 wks old. Her father signed paternity acknowledgement at the hospital, and it was added to birth certificate. Here is my situation: I recently found out through my own detective work (certain facts about him did not add up) that the father of my child has stolen someone else's identity and has been using it here in GA and in TX for 10 years. He has this other person's social security card, a copy of his birth certificate, the whole deal. The reason behind him doing this is that he is an absconded sex offender in TX. He was sentenced to 10 yrs probation in 1998, so obviously his sentence would have ended by now, but he didnt comply whatsoever for the 10 yrs or pay his fine. He also owes $10,000 to the IRS under the stolen ID, because he has been employed under this assumed name, etc. He signed the paternity acknowledgement and legitimation with the stolen ID. My mother attempted to turn him in, but the Rockdale County Sheriff was very little help. What are my options as far as child support? How does one go about getting someone like this arrested? The charge was for sexual assault on a 13 year old girl (he was 25 at the time), so clearly I want him nowhere near my daughter.

File for child support with the local child support office.

If he files for visitation/custody, at the very least he'll get supervised visitation - you'll have no control over that.

(Unless he's doing time, of course)
