Can I Get Sole Custody in the State of Louisia if My Ex Breaks the No Live in Clause

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Louisiana. Can I get sole custody of my 3 yr old son if my ex breaks the no live in girlfriend clause? This is his third girl he moved in w/ & he's only been w/ her for 3 wks. I've never had a man over later than 10. I abide by the rules. He knows ppl & always seem to have a way out of everything.

What you have stated is not grounds for sole custody. If that is in your court order, he may be found in contempt of court, but it will not guarantee you sole custody.
