Are you currently living away from home and supporting yourself completely?
If the answer is "no", then you will not be emancipated.
And having a baby in the picture pretty much guarantees that the court will not approve emancipation. Getting pregnant as a minor tells the court that you need a whole lot MORE supervision and are not ready to function as a responsible adult.
One of the requirements for emancipation is that you be getting better than average grades. With your spelling and grammar, I doubt that you qualify on that basis either.
