What Can I Expect

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Nebraska
I was recently caught embezling large amounts of money over awhile. I have been trying to cooperate and have not been charged. I am so scared. I am wondering what my sentencing will look like and how much jail time I will likely spend. Someone told me this would take a long time but how long will it take? I have a lawyer.
