F1 Student Married U.S. Citizen in Home Country
    Hello everyone,

I will be glad if anyone could post any comments on my situation; which is...

I came to US on F1 visa in Jan 2006..
Visa was valid till Aug 2008 and I traveled 5 times in and out of US..
After visa got expired, I maintained status in university and went home in Jun 2010..
Re-applied for visa and got it in Dec 2010 (long wait time); and entered US in Jan 2011..
Went to home country in May 2011 and got married to US citizen..
Came back to US on F1 visa in May 2011..

If I file for permanent residency, (I-130; I-485; and other forms), will I be considered for visa fraud for entering US in May 2011 on F1 visa..

    Thanks in advance..
