Establishing Paternity When the Father is Incarcerated

My son's father is currently incarcerated at New Folsom in California. We need to subpoena him for his DNA. Prison will not do this without legal forms.

I need to get his DNA tested in order to enroll my son in Hoopa Indian Tribe. We are fighting for my son's enrollment in the tribe. My son's children have been taken by CPS and will not been recognized as Indians until this DNA is done.

What do I do at this point? What forms do I need where do I get them.

Any help will be appreciated.

There is a financial reason for this as well ... free money.

We have women around here that hunt down local Amer-Indian males in order to get pregnant by them. It's become a rather sordid and disgusting game. If you can get the child recognized as a member of a particular tribe, you get a check. If the tribe has a casino, you may get a bigger check.
