Is It Ok for an 18 Year Old to Be Dating a 13 Year Old

My bf is 18 (just turned in august)& I'm 13. He doesn't want sex neither do I until we're married. He's never been perverted (other than his zombie joke x'D) & all we really do is play around & tease each other with rootbeer XD neither of are parents allow this though so we plan on waiting till I'm 18. Not like we could do anything because he live 6 1/2 or so hr's north of me oAo We bothdon't care about age or distance >o> & I guess you could say he's the class clown type of person & I'd never want to get im hurt cuz of me or so >.< I need some advice...big time....please? >~<ll

Second, your parents said no. There is nothing else to do. Your relationship with this very disturbed man stops.... right now. Even if your love turns used motor oil into root beer and angels descend from heaven to gaze upon it.

By the way, if you have even TALKED about waiting to have sex, the man can go to prison. Big boy prison... with lots of men that think he's cute.

Listen up, OP. He's NOT interested in "you". He's interested in what he can get. That is THE only reason an 18 year old is padding around a 13 year old CHILD. Keep. Away. From. Him.

You are putting yourself at risk. Emotionally and physically.

And this man....if he even says the word "sex" to you, or discusses waiting until marriage to have sex, anything...he can spend time in prison. He will spend the rest of his life on the Sex Offender Registry, making it hard to find a job, apartment, etc.

Also, people on the internet can tell a lot of lies and get away with it because they are behind a screen. You don't know who this person REALLY is, or where he is REALLY from. You don't know for sure if he is 18....or a 40-year-old sex offender just released from prison.

I just read an Ann Rule true crime book. Guy murders his wife. And while planning her murder, was trying to meet women on a dating website. The book is called "Worth More Dead" and it's the last case story.

The second your parents said no, the answer became, "NO!!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NOT OKAY FOR AN 18 YEAR OLD TO BE DATING A 13 YEAR OLD!!!!"

I guarantee you, the law is 100% on your parents' side here. If you are looking for a law that will allow you to "date" this....young man....even if your parents say no, give up now because there isn't one. The fact that you are both in Florida makes it easier - Florida prides itself on being the strictest of all possible states when it comes to adults with children and they would LOVE to throw him in big-boy prison if he so much as looks at you in a sexy way.
