H1 Got Stamped in Home Country, Does H4 Need to Go Back to Get Stamping Too
Dear All,
My H1B transfer to my previous company was denied after a one year long pending, my H1B transfer and 3-year extension to my current company was approved though, but due to the denial of my previous H1B transfer application, I need to go back to my home country for stamping, so I went and just came back to the US. Now does my husband need to go back to our home country for stamping too? Or he can transfer and extend his H4 here in the US based on the fact I just went and came back?

Your husband shouldn't have to go to India for stamping as he files for his H4 extension before his current H4 expires.
