25662 a MIP Bp of Alcohol Changed to a 415 California

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
i got a 25662a mip bp for alcohol. I was not driving i was just in a friends car. I asked a lawyer to look into it and he called the court of Hollywood (La Superior Court, Californai) and he told me that he called another lawyer that was works in that courthouse and told him that it will probably change my charge into a 415 which is disturbing the peace. I am worried about this because i am terrified of getting my license suspended if i get convicted of the MIP. What are the chances that this will happen? I have a clean record also. Thanks
