Understand that just because a case is eligible for expungement, does not guarantee that the court will grant your request. Call your attorney ASAP and hope for the best. The charge is not the most sever charge, so the court may not be inclined to reduce any more than it already is.

If anybody has a similar situation I will tell you how my charge panned out. I was charged with public nuisance, and peeing out of anybodies vision loosely if at all fits that law. The officer in his police reported stated that he did not see me urinate. My lawyer reduced the charge to an infraction. Case closed.

And anyone reading this....learn to find a public bathroom instead of stepping behind the bushes...

Actually...the alley is a pretty good spot. Gives you numerous look-out points as well as escape routes.

If you can afford med school, you can afford to invest in an attorney to try and smooth this over.
