Child Support Fraud
My question involves child support in the State of: Illinois
The Mother of my daughter has received child support in 2 states, Illinois, and Missouri from 2007-2009. She moved from Illinois to Missouri, then back to Illinois. Missouri sent me an unpaid balance, and I showed them I was paying child support in Illinois, they stopped the payments. How can I file child support fraud charges against her, and petition to terminate child support.?

Re: Child Support Fraud
What do you believe "child support charges" to be?
If you have not done so already, document your overpayment to the state that has jurisdiction and get a credit on your account.
Child support is for the benefit of your children, so if you want it to end before they reach majority you should seek custody. Telling the judge, "My ex is really mean and cheated me" isn't going to do it.
