    International Travel on Probation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

My PO verbally told me that I can do an international travel for 5 weeks. So then I went ahead and purchased the ticket.
I sent him my itinerary to him. He can back and says that his supervisor told him that I can only go for 30 days max.

    My question:
Can I take the travel permit and go longer with it?

You can do whatever you want. Just expect a warrant for absconding when you decide to return home.

    Concur with viol8te.

You'd do well to revise your travel plans - as a probationer, you're not entitled to ANY international travel at all if your PO (or his supervisor) doesn't want to let you have it.

Thank you viol8te and LawResearcherMissy for your input on this.

    Another quick question:
I've served half my probation time and have completed all required requirements, right now I am just sitting around waiting for termination.
I've read and probation has concurred that the earliest time for termination is when those are met.
What is the process in which I can do it myself to get early termination?

You can't do it yourself, you have to go through your PO.
