Sexual Assault Not Prosecuted

My question involves criminal law for the state of: NY
I was raped.
The detective in svu said "Why don't you go back to your country?" to me.
DA said "He was ok to rape you" to me.

It's all true.
I don't know what to do now.
A man who raped me is free.
I'm still suffering from all of those.
Free regal service hasn't called me back for months.

What should I do now?
Please give me advice.

Without knowing any facts or context, that doesn't mean much. Are you telling us that you're illegally in the U.S.?

(The alleged offender's initials aren't DSK, are they?)

No,I'm not.
The detective asked me if I was illegally in here or not.
Then I asked him
"So can he(offender) stay in america as long as he wants?"
Then,the detective said that to me.
By the way the offender is illegally in here.

Assuming that's true, complain to his supervisor.
Actually,the supervisor was in the room as well.

SVU and DA are for offenders, not for victims that's I think now.

What do you imagine a "Free legal service agency" to be? If you're contacting an agency that cannot help you, that would presumably be why they're not helping you.
