Staying Without Extending F1 Visa Based on Marriage to a Permanent Resident
i came to us thru F1 visa n married green card holder . i applied for i130, i 485 n i 824 all togethr. Can i stay with my wife without extending my F1 visa in US?
can nyone help me in this.

If you're still here legally, you can apply for an adjustment in status to F2. Otherwise it would behoove you to leave (especially before 6 months out of status) and work it out.
Marrying a permanent resident doesn't give you the same advantages that marrying a citizen would have.

You must maintain your own legal status. F2 is a dependent of an F1. If your wife has a green card, she cannot have F1 status to permit you to be on F2.
Remember also, that as the spouse of a green card holder, you can be denied entry to the US and a renewal of an F1 or B1/B2 visa if you leave since you have immigrant intent.
You should complete your studies and find an H1B sponsoring employer.
