My question involves criminal law for the state of: ohio
New to the forums and i really need some advice i recently got pulled over with a atleast 3 month old roach in my ashtray wasnt even smokeable to anyones standards... i comply with the cop and cooperate i get my citation and wondering if my license is going to be suspended. and if so is there anyway i can get out of it i have a clean record and im 19 this will be my first drug offense as i understand it but i just dont know if the MM is going to cause my license to be suspended and if possible would the judge let me off seeing how the roach was old.
