My question involves criminal law for the state of: TEXAS MY FRIEND HAS 17 YR OLD SON WHO HAD SEX WITH 14 YR OLD GIRL AND NOW THE MOTHER WANTS FOR THE BOY TO BE MOVED OUT OF TOWN IF NOT SHE WILL GO THE COPS WHAT ADVICE CAN ANYBODY GIVE FOR MY FRIEND.... THANK YOU
Well, considering Texas has some of the hardest statutory rape laws and some of the most stringent records for enforcing those laws in the entire country, I would think about the boy moving away.
Apparently, the little girl's parents aren't okay with the boy's actions.
