Federal Payroll Requirements

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Arizona

Is there a Federal Law that requires an employee to provide a physical address to an employers pay roll service?

I have always used my P.O. Box as my mailing address for everything and have never had this issue arise.

So your actual question is whether your employer can require you to provide an actual street address, and not a P.O. box?

I am not aware of any law, Federal or state, that says you have to give a street address to your employer or payroll service.

I am also not aware of any law, Federal or state, that says your employer cannot fire you if you refuse to provide such information.
