Can I move out with my babys father if im 17 and finished highschool with out my parents permission or calln cops . I live in texas , ill be done with highschool by this october and ill be turning 18 in january . And we wanna get a place together so our son can see both of h .is parents 24/7

The legal age of majority in Texas - that is, the age of adulthood, at which point you can legally experience the joy of fending for yourself - is EIGHTEEN. Not 17, not "my boyfriend said I can". It's EIGHTEEN.
Here's the statute. Your boyfriend is either lying or illiterate. Neither is a great quality to possess.

You will read in dozens of threads that there can be an issue in some states where the maximum age for juvenile court jurisdiction is less than the age of majority; if you are in such a state some police departments won't involve themselves with runaways who cannot be taken to juvenile court because all they can do is take them home - at which time many will run away again. If you want to know the policies of your local police department you will need to ask them.

Which does NOT mean that it is legal for you to move out at 17. Missy showed you the statute. And yes, we are sure. It's your boyfriend who doesn't know the law.
