H Visas: H1B Transfer

Hello,

Here is my strange situation. I request your expert advice. I have applied for an H1 Extension through my current company. We have filed the application on April 28th, 2006. INS sent a query requesting more information on July 27th, 2006. Since we have not received the notice yet, we do not know what is the query. Meanwhile I got an offer from another company and I have initiated H1 Transfer to the other company. The application is filed in INS on July 19th, 2006. Based on the above situation, do I face any problem? I am sure that my current company will not cancel until 08/08/2006.
. Do I need to take any specific precautions?
