Okay thank you very much.I dont know if you could answer this for me seeing as it is not in the same category: Her mom left to canada with a refugee case stating a problem in Colombia...after she's 18 she cant be stopped from entering the country in no way? And can the father demand rights if he is ever not on the birth certificate?
