Towed from Condo Parking Lot for Having the Garage Permit
My question involves towing laws for the State of: PA
Here is my ridicules story:
My apt has two parking system: one is outside free parking lot, another one is garage (cost $40/m). I have the garage parking permit, and usually I parked my car in the garage at most of time. Yesterday, I did some shopping. I parked in the free parking lot for unloading the stuff. I usually do this all the time for 2 years, but this time they towed my car.
I argued with the manager. He told me that if i have the garage permit then i can not park in the free packing lot!!! The leasing contract does not have this rule.
Can I sue the landlord company? This is so ridicules! The car without any parking permit would not be towed because the manager thinks they might be new tenants' or their parents' cars, but my car with the garage permit was towed!

What signs are posted around the 'free' lot? What rule exist in relation to the 'free' lot?
You are, of course, free to sue in small claims court - but without the relevant facts we have no way of knowing if you have a decent case.
