The entire question is moot unless BOTH your parents are willing to sign.
But even if they are, unless you and only you, no co-signer, no roommate, no one else providing one penny, just you with money you earn yourself, are able to pay 100% of your rent (and that means market rate, not a token for living in someone else's house); utilities; food; clothing; medical care, transportation; insurance; staples; school fees and supplies; and all the other incidentals of life, while still going to school and getting better than average grades, then you will be wasting the judge's time. I was not being rude - I was telling you what is going to happen.
