Neighbor Complaining
My question involve
hello, me my twin girls and my wife live in the fourth floor of a condo building. we have a neighbor below us who complains about us being loud, kids crying, domestic dispute, water falling on her balcony coming from us. we got a letter and a 50 dollar fine from the management and to my surprise, two ladies from children's aid knocking at my door asked me a few questions that someone had complained about domestic disputes and kids crying and that seeing my wife impaired. i was really upset about this neighbor. the thing is, the management didn't even bother to have some kind of meeting about the complaints that they had received. i just received a letter that of the 50 dollar fine. i don't know how to go about this situation. please helps a condominium located in the State of: alberta

Re: Neighbor Complaining
Alberta is not a state.
If you were in the U.S., I would suggest that you start by consulting your bylaws and community rules, and explore any rights you have to appeal the fine. You're in Canada, though, so I would instead suggest that you find a Canadian forum in which to post or consult a lawyer in Canada. This site deals only in U.S. law.
