Wife Was Towed After Getting Prior Approval to Leave Car

My wife left the doctor and could not get her car to start even with a jump. So she went and told the administration desk that she needed to leave her car there till I got off work. They said it would be find and they would tell there security. After work we go to retreive it and it is gone. I check the entire parking lot for tow company signs and find two next to there EMT/ fire lane. I called the company and they said the office had called to have it towed. Because the doctors office was closed I called the next morning and talked to the same lady and she said there is nothing they could do about it. Any advice at all on how I could get my money back?

You probably can't.

It isn't clear from your post who you mean by "the company" or "the office". There are any number of possible players here - the doctor's office, the building's owners, the building's security, the towing company, perhaps others....
