If the proper procedure for this was to say "I need a different skorpion - this one seems to be faulty" Then nothing would be done as every jack is almost like this. Some occasions you have to do that though.

In any case, this is not an issue for the EEOC at all. EVEN IF you had a wrongful termination claim, which you do not, in this particular instance it would go through OSHA, not the EEOC.
