Termination of Management Agreement with Property Managers
My question involves real estate located in the State of: California

I'm in the process of terminating a "Month to Month Agreement," as per the contract, with the property managers of a rental home I own. No where in the contract does it specifically say I have to provide 30 days notice to cancel the agreement.

Does this mean I can terminate the contract at the end of the month or do I have to provide 30 days notice prior to termination of the contract?

If you're a month-to-month tenant with no further restriction, you need to give thirty days written notice.

I understand that tenants owe 30 days written notice, however I'm a property owner; not a tenant. Would the 30 day rule apply to me? Or for that matter, would the 30 days notice requirement apply to any month to month agreement besides housing leases?
