16 and wants to get emancipated
I just turned 16 this year. I want to get emancipated because I have problems at my home which I feel i can not take living in this household no longer or I will do something stupid. I live in the state of New York. At the moment I don't have a job. I live in Upstate New York and I have a sister in the Bronx that will be willling to take me into her house and help me out if anything. I want to know what i can do to be emancipated or what ever information people got to help me out.
