16 Years Old, Second Offense Shoplifting, Broke My Diversion

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Massachusetts

I'm 16 years old and recently I was caught shoplifting..this is my 2nd offense. the first time i was caught i was given fines and then put under a 6 month diversion program and since i was caught shoplifting again i broke my diversion...i got the court date for my 2nd offense and its to see a clerk magistrate...
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ME NOW? What type of punishment will I be facing since I broke my diversion!?
I regret the choices i made 110% and regret every bit of it and I feel so stupid and ashamed.
