What is the maximun penalty for this crime in the us, i mean unlicensed street trading in a market, trying to sell a bike.

Any particular state you want to commit your crime in?
By bike do you mean Motorcycle or Bicycle?

there are 50 states here and each have their own laws and penalties. Additionally, with the minimal information given, it is impossible to determine what, if any crime was breached. In most places, I can sell my bicycle anywhere, anytime, to whomever I wish.

well the point is that im about to star my visa application, and i was wondering if i could be inadmisible for that, exept if the maximum penalty for the offense doesnot exed one year imprisionment.
