Using Somebody Else's ID in a Bar
My question involves criminal law for the state of: using my roomates I.D. in a bar. I was wondering how much trouble could I get in if I got caught with it. We look alike and we have done it so far at the fair to get into beer gardens and they didn't notice. But my question want kinda trouble could I get in North Dakota doin this?

    Thanks, Zach

Presenting a false ID at a bar to obtain liquor is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or fines of up to $1,000 (plus court assessments). The bar can also seize the ID and, if the do, must turn it over to law enforcement.
