Unlicensed Driver Caught Running a Stop Sign
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: CA

I'm a immigrant student and trying to get a license. Currently I only have an Instruction Permit.
But Unfortunately, Today .. i was driving alone (practice) around my house, it was on a small street 100-150 feet away from my house, I forget to stop at STOP sign. I'm about to go to DMV Piratical-test is on coming Friday.

Police officer issue me a ticket with two charges. 22450VC stop sign (I) &12500 AVC unlicensed driver (M).
The big problem to me is I'm about to leave from California within 2 weeks to Arizona to study @ college.
I've booked the hotel before i get a apartment and for my parents too.
Please tell me how should i settle within a short time before i move out to CA.
I dont wanna come back to CA fm AZ for his court matter.

Pls advise me how should I settle this ...
I really appreciated for ur kind help

I'm so worry and scared how to deal this case ...
I've never done any criminal case n dont want them to record my name in d black list .....
what i heard is .. they even can arrest me for driving without d valid license accompany... is it true ?

You're here on a student visa and you're charged with a crime - one that you may be able to get reduced to an infraction - and you want to resolve the case quickly, so it would be sensible for you to hire a lawyer to represent you.
