    Mental and Physical Abusive Mother
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: North Carolina

My mom has physically and mentally abused me. I've tried to get out multiple times, but she's either threatened me or denied everything. Any time I try to get proof, she finds it, destroys it, and abuses me even more. She doesn't do this to my brother, and I was wondering, if I got out, would he come with me, even if he didn't want to?

Why isn't your father here asking how to file for custody?

Seriously - if you're being abused, you call the authorities. THEY will decide whether you and/or your brother need to be removed from your home.

We have been talking to lawyers until recently. They said there was no case because I have no proof, even though there are 3 people living in that house other than her. My dad has no idea about this website, and I'm showing him now. What the lawyers said, I don't believe. My dad, stepmom, and other siblings that live with them have seen the bruises. They've heard her scream at me and threaten me. I just want to know: Is there a way my brother can remain living with her, even if they find that she IS abusive? If there is a possibility that can happen, he will stay. She doesn't abuse him.

Yes, there is a possibility that he would not be removed and would remain with your mother.

Nobody here can guess what might happen.
