Statute of Limitation in New Jersey
My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: new jersey

I see this section pertains to injury, but my question is in defective product that's NOT caused injury. I've seen the statute of limitation listed at 2-3 years for defective product and contractual issues at 6 years. If I purchase something and am not happy with the product and am having issues with it, which statute do I go by?

Define: your not happy with it?

    1. Is it defective?

    2. Is it user error?

    3. Or is it buyers remorse?

Take it back to the store. Or othewise ask for a refund or a return authorization.

Obviously you do not have a defective product which this thread is about.

If there is no injury, then your damages are insignificant, so who cares.

Sounds like you have buyer's remorse and you're screwed.. as long as it's performing the way it's supposed to then you have no case.
