Am I in Trouble for Non Payment
The squatters/freeloaders are supposed to be out of my trailer by the 30th so says the eviction papers. No one is paying rent or utilities and now things are going to be shutting off beginning on the 30th of June. What if the people continue to stay there will I be in any trouble even when the utility company said I would not be in trouble.

jk has already answered this. Yes, if you constructively evict a tenant by failing to pay utilities that you're obligated to provide, you can find yourself in trouble - on the losing end of a lawsuit. So as you've been told any number of times, follow the lawful eviction process.

If your "eviction papers" are a judgment for possession, have a court officer execute the order for possession and put the people out. If the "eviction papers" are merely a notice to quit, that's how you start the eviction process and you need to get the writ of possession.

Your story in one of your many other threads, that the police serve "eviction orders" but do nothing to carry out those orders, doesn't make any sense. Perhaps you mean that you've served a summons and complaint, or perhaps you're talking about the initial notice to quit. If you hire a court officer to complete an eviction, haul the tenant's property to the curb and change the locks, they'll do that even if the person is threatening suicide. If they believe that the person is suicidal, they can arrange for the person to be taken into protective custody.
