If you know exactly how the search was conducted, and every service that was utilized also allows third parties to know who conducted the searches, then I guess so. But realistically speaking, no.
If MN requires a FOIA request for this information then you can do a FOIA request asking for these FOIA requests .. so you may know 1 link..
But is the information available online or electronically at the court? Then your chances are slim of finding out.
