Pretrial Conference
My question involves traffic court in the State of: NY
I have a pretrial conference for a traffic offense and there were two police officers involved (witnessing officer and issuing officer).
What can I expect to encounter at the conference? Specifically I want to know if I will find out what witnesses the prosecution will be using - especially because I am hoping that the State is not on the ball and forgets to call the witnessing officer to court (which happened to me once in NJ).

Re: Pretrial Conference
A pretrial conference is not for purposes of discovery. It's a scheduling hearing, principally meant to allow the court to schedule an appropriate amount of time for a trial and to set a schedule for any hearings or other matters that precede trial.
