Is There a Statute of Limitations on Overturning Your Paternity
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Pensylvania.
Is there a statue of limitations toprovide proof you are not the biological father? My ex has kept me from the two boys for a long time I was deployed when the divorce took ace I tried abstruse to get this fixed theoldest is 17 now and I'm tired of this she had them call and say they Wat her husband to adopt them and they want nothing from me but yet I'm stillrequired to pay. She was pregnant when we met in Germany and the bio dad is Jason Mathews so I am 100% pos. What are my options child support of pahas told ne for 10 years now or longer that it is to late but after recent events there had tone something done .

They are legally your children. The time to dispute the matter was when the divorce took place.

    Agreed.

    You cannot disestablish paternity now.

You need to look in your state laws. Every state is different. For example, in the State of Nevada paternity can be disputed until a child is 21 years old. You should be able to look up these laws online.

Nevada is not, as far as I'm aware, in Pennsylvania.

Paternity was not disestablished as part of the divorce action - that generally solidifies paternity PERIOD.
