i need help im a young parent iam 16 and i really cant take living with my mom for two years now my boyfriend has been caring for me and the baby with no help from my mom what to do when i had enough i want to leave i live in NEWYORK

If mom allows it, fine. If not, you grit your teeth and get through it until you're considered an adult in your unnamed state. Emancipation, even if available in your state, isn't an option since you are not caring for yourself (paying market rate for rent, utilities, health insurance, food, clothing, etc), and aren't going to convince a judge that having a child at 16 shows ANY level of maturity, responsibility, or ability to function with LESS parental supervision.

The state of New York does not have statutory provisions allowing minors to seek emancipation.
You stay where your parents tell you to stay until you reach the age of legal majority. In New York, that's 18.
