Forced to Be in a Threesome

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping together for a while. But recently things have gotten out of control. We were both very drunk and after some foreplay he said that he wanted to try something new. He proceeded to tied my wrists and ankles to the bed posts. Even though I was drunk, I was scared and did not like the feeling of not being in control. A minute later someone else entered the room; another guy. He forced me to be involved in this three-sum and I was forced to have sex with both of them. Would this be considered rape? and who would be at fault? I don't know if I could testify against them because they will make my life miserable at school! (and I really don't want to drop out).

It sounds like rape to me. But, if you won't report it or testify, nothing will happen.

The problem you might have is that he and his friend will almost certainly claim this was consensual. If this happened some time ago and you and your boyfriend have been continuing as normal since then, then an argument for rape will be more difficult.

You should consult a rape crisis counselor as well as make a report to the police.
