Sponsoring Adopted Nephews to the U.S
A person adopted his/her nephews and later sponsored them to the US. But the person does not have any legal adoption papers as he/she took care of the orphan children before coming to US. One of them lived with the relative and the other one went to another country for sometimes, before the relative came to the US. After the relative became citizen But the relative sponsored them as his/her own children not adopted because they lived with them for so many years. What is going to happen to the person who brought his/her nephews here?
It was not for any other purpose but to just bring them because they were orphans. (without a dad) and the mom had other children to support.

So the person lied and committed immigration fraud?

    Is that what you're saying?
